You have previous CrossFit experience:

At CrossFit Doulos we require an in-person consultation with all new inquiries. Why? We do this to learn about YOU. As your coaches, we want to see you succeed (that is our passion). This gives us the opportunity to understand your goals, motivation, and any previous injury or health concerns that need to be discussed prior to joining the group model. Putting you in the best position to achieve your goals safely is our top priority!

You do not have previous CrossFit experience:

At CrossFit Doulos, we require all new clients (without previous experience) to correctly on-board with us prior to jumping into our group classes. Our private on-boarding sessions are set around your schedule. One of our on-boarding trainers will take you through our movement assessment screens & basic gym etiquette. This includes lifting mechanics (for the sports of Olympic weightlifting & Power lifting) and their modifications, implementing HIIT and review of our class structure, and a work out to conclude each session. After completion of all sessions, you and your coach will build your monthly plan and join your new team for a class experience like nothing before.

Not interested in the group model for your health and fitness goals? Find you prefer to work solo and have a trainer work with you on developing a plan that is tailored to your lifestyle? Our fully customized training plans are designed for your specific goals to ensure new habits are created and held accountable. Working one on one with one of our trainers we can guarantee you’ll be confident in your new self!

Nutrition made simple. That’s right— it doesn’t have to be so overwhelming! In our programs, you’ll spend 8-12 weeks working one on one with your assigned coach to understand & learn what YOU need for your lifestyle. Whether you’re a performance based athlete with goals of competing or are just wanting to create a healthier lifestyle for you and your family, we got you covered. With immense accountability and guidance, our goal is to help you find the right balance for your personal life and fitness regimen. No longer allow the “burden” of healthy eating hold you back from getting the results you’ve always wanted.

*You do not have to be a member of our facility to join this club* Do you love the bar? Not that bar…We meant the barbell. South HTX Barbell Club is an inclusive community of people who love lifting and love the results of following a sound program.
  • Barbell Club class every Thursday 6.30-7.30pm (Coached by USAW instructors)
  • Open-gym lifting hours on Tues/Thurs 4.30-5.30pm for club members only to follow the supplemental programming
  • Full access to our closed BBC FB group
  • Access to BBC programming via Wodify (record, record, record!)
  • Free participation at our quarterly lifting meets (to put your work to the test)
